Dental Insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. If you would like to speak with any of our front desk personnel here in Woodbridge, ON, we will gladly file insurance forms on your behalf. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. Our team allows 60 days for insurance companies to remit their portion, after which time, you are responsible for this amount.
